A pole display is connected to the host POS computer and conveniently communicates the transaction total to the customer. Two main types of customer displays exist on the market today, the pole-mount display and the counter-mount display.
Most pole mounted customer displays offer the flexibilty of adjustable-angle and/or rotating display heads and come in a variety of lengths. The counter-mount customer display is great for tall counters where a fixed mount with limited or no adjustability are acceptable. Most pole displays support multiple software emulations, but be sure to check with your POS software manufacturer to make sure the software is compatible with the pole display you intend to buy. |
