It´s been replaced by the POSJet 1500. **Windows Vista Drivers Not Yet Available** The Kitchenjet1000 has been issued an End Of Life Status. The discontinuation will be effective December 31st, 2007. |

Thermal printers apply heat to heat sensitive paper while impact printers use ink ribbons and plain
receipt paper. Thermal printers tend to be much quieter and quicker than impact printers but their
receipt paper can be affected by high heat and high humidity.
