The HT680 comes equippped with either a 1D laser barcode scanner or 2D imager, ensuring you can scan nearly any barcode you throw at it. With the scanner set at a downward angle from the device, you can continue to check the screen while scanning, making it easy to quickly verify data accuracy.
To promote longevity, Unitech designed the HT680 to handle rough environments and clumsy employees. The ruggedized plastic body seals the HT680 at an IP54 level, meaning windblown dust and splashes of water won´t harm internal components. With a best in brand drop resistance, the HT680´s lightweight yet rugged design allows it to withstand drops of 6-feet to concrete, so drops from forklifts or trucks won´t even phase it.
Bluetooth comes standard on all devices, and with an optional 802.11b/g WiFi radio, the Unitech HT680 becomes an excellent mobile shipping or inventory management solution.
