The Honeywell Eclipse MS5145 barcode scanner gives you the performance of a laser barcode scanner at a tremendous price, fantastic for retailers needing extra power without breaking their budget. The lightweight design and additional scanning functionality ensure the Eclipse will perform excellently for many years.

Built with retail scanning accuracy in mind, the Eclipse´s laser scanner uses key Honeywell technologies to aid in scanning. A scanning range of contact to 5.5" inches for retail-sized barcodes minimizes training time to learn the Eclipse´s "sweet spot." Honeywell´s CodeGate technology enhances accuracy by displaying the beam but not scanning until you push the trigger, all but eliminating data entry errors or accidentally scanning the wrong barcode. CodeSense is Honeywell´s autosense technology, allowing the Eclipse to power on and scan barcodes it senses are in the scanning plane.

Honeywell built the Eclipse for retail scanning, and the barcode scanner is durable enough to survive most retail environments. The lightweight scanner is built to withstand drops of 5 feet, surviving the accidental drop from a counter or even shelving. An environmental seal resists airporne particulate contaminants, keeping dust and dirt from harming internal components.
