Delivering all the durability and end-user benefits of the IT4600, the 4820 provides freedom of cordless operation in an easy to use platform. In a single mobile handheld solution, you’ll be able to perform world-class 2D and PDF reading, as well as reading linear, matrix, postal, OCR, and dozens of other specialty codes.

The 4820 is available in the Standard Range model and the Special Focus model. The Special Focus model makes it possible for the scanner to read barcodes under 10mils.

Hand Held Products’ cordless imagers feature Bluetooth® Class II v1.2 technology providing 10 meters (33 feet) of read range and utilizes adaptive frequency hopping for improved performance in existing RF environments. Its power is provided by lithium ion battery capable of delivering up to 25,000 reads between charges.

Powered by Adaptus Imaging Technology, the 4820 also comes fully equipped with digital imaging capabilities allowing you to take pictures and capture signatures for the ultimate in data management versatility.
