The Secure Digital Scan Card 3E (SDSC 3E), from Socket Communications turns any Palm PDA
or Pocket PC 2003 device with an SDIO slot into a mobile barcode scanner. This 32mm barcode scanner
improves productivity and eliminates errors when performing considerable data entry tasks.
The SDSC 3E needs no external power supply; it utilizes the battery of the host device. Designed
with built-in battery saving technology, you can run the SDSC 3E for hours without having to
charge your mobile device. The SDSC 3E includes SocketScan software to further eliminate
manual keystrokes and has the ability to assign a beep tone for successful scan notification.
