The Symbol LS2208 barcode scanner is designed for medium to high volume retail environments,
but will also work for light industrial, healthcare and warehouses.
The LS2208 reads standard 1D barcodes from 2.5" to 30" away (depending on the size of the
barcode). With a rate of 100 scans per second and immunity to direct sunlight, this device provides fast
and accurate reads. This scanner is designed to withstand multiple drops from 5´ to hard concrete. And at
only 1.5 lbs, the LS2208 is extremely light-weight. Should it get dropped from a counter, it will
continue to provide years of trouble-free service.
