The Motorola DS457 barcode scanner provides any business with high powered scanning in a small form factor. At 2.3" x 2.44", the DS457 is at home in hand as mounted under counter or to a stand, adding great 2D scanning without taking up much space. The DS457 uses Motorola´s SE4500 "Blockbuster" scan engine, giving you some of the fastest scanning in the industry. The scanner can read in direct sunlight and even off LCD displays, making it a great choice for mobile couponing or airline check-in applications.

While not an industrial scanner, Motorola built the DS457 to hold up to rigors most commonly experienced in retail environments. The 30" drop resistance should keeep the scanner safe after a fall off a counter, while the IP54 environmental sealing protects the scanner from dust and water splashes. Each scanner ships with a 3-year warranty, with Service from the Start comprehensive coverage plans available to further secure your investment.
