Both are designed with rugged inventory management in mind, featuring an IP54 seal to protect against dust and sprays of water, and the ruggedized body allows it to survive multiple 5´ drops to concrete. With communication methods via RS-232 Serial or USB through the sync cradle, mini-USB directly into the unit, 802.11b/g, or Bluetooth, the Datalogic Skorpio has what is necessary to keep your inventory in check.
