Honeywell MS9540 Voyager CodegateEngineered with CodeGateŽ technology, the MS9540 Voyager offers auto-trigger operation, automatically activating the laser when a barcode is present and allowing the user to instantly select the barcode and transmit the data to the host system with a click of the CodeGate button. When placed in its stand, CodeGate is automatically deactivated, turning the MS9540 into a fix-presentation scanner. |

POSMicro Staff Notes: Codegate is a technology unique to the Voyager scanners, like the 9520 the beam is auto sensing, but the scanner won´t send the data unless the top button is pressed or the scanner is being used in the stand. This works great when there are multiple barcodes in a small area and you want to make sure that you line up with the correct barcode.
